Over the years I have done various therapies with different approaches, this has had the biggest impact on my life. Stevie is truly life changing. Through our sessions she has brought me to a place in day to day life of constant peace and happiness. I was able to open up and really let her help me through issues. She is free of judgment and kind.
The guided meditations are my favorite. You are guided deep within yourself. It’s hard for me to describe but it’s worth it in every way.
She taught me to set an expectation everyday. You put out into the universe what you want to receive . Once I did, positive energy is everywhere!!

I am so glad I met Stevie and I am feeling more like myself. I signed up for 12 sessions and she can do in-person or video appointments. I would recommend her and I appreciate that I can discuss my spiritual walk with her and share how God keeps answering my prayers!!!!

She has helped me start having quiet time in the morning where I do some cleansing breaths, check-in with my body and have time to thank God and tell him how grateful I am for everything. I then pray about my intentions for the day. I feel like it sets me up for success and I can handle unexpected events/stress better.

And she helped me identify stressors, such as how I was inserting myself into conflicts and preventing the kids from learning conflict resolution skills on their own. Now, I let the kids work out their conflicts and I am a lot less stressed out. Before, I was trying to control everything and it was draining my energy and causing a huge amount of stress. The kids are happier, I am happier!!

She guided me in befriending myself, my whole self. How did she do this life-changing feat for me?

To start with, she paid close attention to everything I said, emotions I pushed down or aside, my obsession with appearance, and self-deprecating remarks I’ve been in the habit of making most of my life. She invited me to take a deeper look at the underlying beliefs that kept me in a perpetual cycle of judging myself and others, dissatisfied with relationships, and struggling to find fulfillment. Her weekly notes on each session provided a mirror for my soul to see itself: Its struggle to be free of self-limiting thoughts and fears, victimhood and resentments, and also its hunger for connection, creative self-expression and meaningful service.

Reading her attentive, affirming notes has been both a healing balm and a boost to my spirit. I credit her careful, empathetic listening and the important challenge to my assumptions (the unproductive, devaluing beliefs, that is) with giving me a stronger sense of my essential goodness and power to connect with others on this trip we call life. I will return to them as needed to keep my spirit lighthearted and growing. Thank you, Stevie! Your gift is a healing ministry much needed.

over a few weeks, I decided to sign up with her to see if I could find a way out of my suffering somehow, learn some new tools for tackling the heavy load of my life as a corporate director, mother, daughter, friend and partner. My anxiety was high, and though my Christian beliefs were often a source of greater understanding, it was not enough of a spiritual anchor to help me stay afloat daily. My confidence was so low and my light was so dim. Stevie explained her process and I committed to doing the work.. daily meditation, readings and self care were some of my weekly assignments. The work was key, and during our 7th session I had my breakthrough, the light switched on and I will never be the same. What I have learned has given me the tools to access the spirit and connection with the whole. I found myself and my ego is no longer in control. I have so much happiness and love that there’s almost no room for suffering! This is accessible to all of us, if you just become quiet, listen, do the personal work and learn to be the one who loves YOU the very most. The concepts Stevie teaches are not easy to put into words (for me) - she has the gift of helping people on this path and really tailoring the journey based on needs and personality types (my partner and I are learning in very different ways). Now that I am awake, I can barely keep up with my hunger for knowledge, and Stevie is my guide. I am forever grateful for our life changing time together!
