Start your Saturday feeling strong, centered, and energized.

Join The Wildflower Gallery and Fabletics Baybrook for a special community wellness event that combines movement and mindfulness. This unique Group Guided Workout & Meditation is designed to help you strengthen your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself—all before the weekend truly begins.

During this 60-minute wellness experience, we'll begin with a 30-minute guided bodyweight strength training workout focused on building functional strength, improving mobility, and increasing confidence. Then, we'll transition into a 20-minute guided meditation designed to slow your breathing, relax your nervous system, and leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready for the day ahead.

Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey or already enjoy an active lifestyle, this event welcomes all fitness levels.
