Our private guided meditation experiences offer a peaceful opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and create lasting memories with the people you care about most.
Each 60-minute meditation experience includes:
• 15 minutes of meditation fundamentals and personalized instruction for beginners and experienced meditators alike
• 45 minutes of guided meditation designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and inner calm
• Curated meditation music and soundscapes
• Optional incense, palo santo, or sage to enhance the experience

Private meditation sessions are offered in-person only and are ideal for individuals seeking personalized guidance and support in developing a meditation practice.

Group meditation experiences are perfect for:

For groups of two or more, sessions may be held at a location agreed upon in advance by The Wildflower Gallery and the client. Locations within a 5-mile radius of Friendswood, Texas are included at no additional charge. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area.

Stevie is beyond amazing! I attended an intimate group session where she guided us through meditation. My mind was at ease the entire time and I was very relaxed. The amount of emotion I was able to feel is indescribable. We did an exercise to pour love into our hearts + souls, and I can't wrap my head around the fact that I was able to feel the same love + happiness that I did on my wedding day (a feeling I never thought I was going to be able to experience again). Truly amazing. I can't wait to have more experiences with Stevie! She is the best and I highly recommend her.
