Each session is 60-75 minutes and includes a guided meditation that will leave you feeling more relaxed, rejuvenated and present. You will walk away with the basic knowledge of meditation, its benefits, and a personalized plan for a daily practice that suits your goals, personality and lifestyle. Sessions may be in-person or virtual.
